Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency - History

Carole Jarich, PT became the first female owner of a rehabilitation service in the state of Wisconsin when she started Physical Therapy Services in 1966. She began her business by providing physical therapy services to the Little Sisters of the Poor for the long term care facility they operated. Carole developed her philosophy of operation based upon the Christian values and emphasis upon serving others that she learned from her interactions with the Little Sisters of the Poor. Her vision for her company remains the same today as it did over 49 years ago: to provide quality, professional rehab services in a warm, caring manner to the elderly and developmentally disabled in the communities we serve.

Since 1966, Carole’s vision evolved into what is known today as Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency, a federally approved rehabilitation agency. Greenfield Rehab Agency has not wavered from its vision and continues to provide quality physical, occupational and speech-language pathology services in a professional, caring manner. We treat our employees like family, and are committed to being the employer of choice for therapy professionals in Wisconsin. Greenfield Rehab Agency serves 49 partners in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. We pride ourselves on our forward thinking to anticipate trends in the healthcare marketplace and focus on achieving demonstrable patient outcomes with a lean approach to healthcare to reduce waste.

Today under the ownership and leadership of President Kate Brewer, PT, MBA, GCS, RAC-CT and Executive Vice President Michelle Poole, OTR, Greenfield Rehab continues to Lead the Way in Rehabilitation Services. We are confident that our focus on total integration with our partners ensures an optimal patient experience, operational outcomes and clear communication to ensure efficient work flow at your center.
